Like when you workout, the infrared heat stimulates the metabolism and increases your blood circulation. Be mindful of the fact it would also increase your heart rate and your blood circulation. The increase in your blood circulation will then raise your Basic Metabolic Rate ultimately burning a lot of calories.

Am I a candidate for a detox sauna wrap?
The detox sauna wrap decrease water clusters and improve the flow of bodily fluids. It’s perfect for those suffering from sore muscles, muscle spasms, joint stiffness, or menstrual pain.

The wrap uses safe and effective radiant heat just like the suns soothing warmth. If you have any of the following conditions or have concerns you should consult with your physician before scheduling your treatment:

What to expect during a treatment?
An attendant will show you how the infrared sauna wrap works. You’ll lay in the body wrap and make sure the edges are tightly sealed around your body.

We recommend not taking a shower for 30-60 minutes after your appointment to enjoy maximum results.

Your metabolism will be stimulated for 24 to 36 hours after using this treatment. This means that your body will be burning calories at a higher rate for the next few days after using one treatment.

Treatment schedule
You may be able to notice the difference after just one session. For best results it’s best to repeat it 1-3 times a week. Upon reaching the intended body shape, a maintenance schedule of 2-4 treatments a month is recommended.
